Computer Centre
The Institute is committed to provide best facilities available to support your academic performance in this net age. The computer lab is geared to provide the specialized environment required for all professional courses. The hub of the center is the latest state-of-the-art computer lab, well equipped with networked HP computers. The technology used for this network is the latest and backed by current and hi-tech operating systems. The complete center is backed by UPS for 100% power backup.

Latest and high quality software are installed on all the machines in the center, allowing students to work on them for their technical and analytical development.

All the computers are connected to a line printer. Computers are made available to students for their projects and practical. Computer lab is available for use by the students for 12 hours everyday. A generator is readily available in case of major power breakdowns.

Laboratories
Well equipped laboratories are training grounds for budding professionals. DIMR has a state-of-the art labs that enable students to experiment and bring to practice what they have learnt in theory. All laboratories are equipped with relevant instruments and equipment and are supervised by qualified technicians.

Teaching Aids
Lecture sessions are conducted with the help of modern teaching aids. The institute is well equipped with sufficient number of LCDs, projectors, project slides, educational audio video cassettes, CDs, television, VCRs and other gadgets that are essential for any first rate professional institution.

Lecture Halls
DIMR Lecture Halls are thoughtfully designed to include high quality learning and are equipped for education through various media like OHPs, multimedia presentations and Display panels. A variety of learning tools ensure thorough experimental acquisition of knowledge and skills. Role play, case study, project work, field experience, assignment, quiz, seminars, industry visits are some of the methods used. Students are encouraged to develop analytical skills and contribute at various forums like in-house publications, workshops and seminars.

Substantial investment in the latest information technology ensures that students have access to library and computing facilities of the highest quality, with an array of networked PCs, subject-specific software and access to internet & intranet.

Library
The primary purpose of the library is to support teaching, research, academic programs and management development programs. The focus is on leveraging intellectual capital.

The library is well-stocked with a wide range of books, journals, newspaper, statistics, and periodicals relevant to the courses taught and you are welcome to use the facility for studying or borrowing books. There will be many times during your course when you have to work independently, finding, using and presenting information for yourself. It is therefore vital that you become familiar with the library.

Hostel
The Hostel provides accommodation to students in a spacious well furnished and elegant rooms with all modern facilities. A Hostel warden looks after the well being and safety of all students and inculcates students to be in discipline at all times. Students may approach the warden freely should they face any difficulty in the hostel. The wash rooms are common with hygienic toilet areas. Hygienic and nutritious food is provided at the minimum possible cost in the mess.

Medical
The institute has an on-campus facilities to take care of the students immediate health needs. In case of emergency the Institute has its own ambulance facility for referring any case to a Hospital or Nursing Home.

Cafeteria
What you eat is what you are! A healthy mind can only reside in a healthy body. We, at DIMR, understand this. Hence, our cafeteria has menus that are designed by a team of professional dieticians, comprising nutritious and wholesome food to ensure a well-balanced diet. Fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, ice creams and snacks are available in these cafeteria for those energy boosts. There is a canteen facility in the campus with proper sitting arrangement. Good quality snacks and eatables are served in neat and clean surroundings. The canteen serves tea/snacks/lunch to the students. The idea is to take care of their snacks/fooding requirements within the campus.

Transport
The institute maintains its own fleet of buses to augment easy and comfortable and timely movement of students to and from their respective accommodation. This facility is available at a nominal charge to both staff and the students. Besides, having our own transport eases whilst the students are out on study tours or industrial visits.

Security Services
The institute has employed the services of private security agency to provide 24 hrs of undivided services connected with the emergency alarm security to the campus.

Students are not allowed to leave the campus without prior permission of the director.
